We attended the 2016 SPIE Astronomical Telescopes+Instrumentation meeting in Edinburgh and presented multiple cool thing.  Links to talks here and here.

On February 29 – March 2, we attended the international meeting Community Astrophysics with WFIRST: Guest Observer and Archival Science in Pasadena, followed by the WFIRST Preparatory Science team meeting on March 3. Christian D. presented a poster and Dmitry

I presented a talk at this year’s National Academy of Engineering Frontiers of Engineering Symposium on Starlight Suppression (note that there are embedded videos in the talk that will only play in Adobe PDF viewers).

We attended SPIE Optics and Photonics conference in San Diego, CA.  Joyce Fang presented her paper “State Estimation in Optical System Alignment using Monochromatic Beam Imaging” in Optical Design and Systems Engineering session.  Dmitry Savransky presented his paper on “Blind Source Separation

We attended the 225th American Astronomical Society meeting in Seattle, WA.  Amongst lots of exciting new results and interesting presentations, there was a GPI press release about our first year on sky and the beginning of the campaign, as well as
